It couldn't have happened to a nicer couple. We're proud to showcase the winners of our latest photo session giveaway contest: Abigail & Ryne. They're a pair of laid back, spiritual, friendly, animal-lovers...who also happen to be fans of our Instagrams, and who also got unbelievably excited when they found out they had the winning entry.

But before they could claim their prize, the weather tried to throw a wrench in the plans. After multiple scheduling attempts (due to forecasts of everything from freezing rain to high winds), we finally locked down a date for their photo session. The final decision was that no matter what went down with the weather, we were all going to just go for it.

Well, we got snow, cold, ice, and wind...but nothing was going to stop this couple from having a beautiful engagement session. If this was a contest about toughness and resilience, they'd probably have won that too. The harsher the atmosphere became, the closer they huddled, and the better each moment got. We're not claiming to be relationship experts or anything, but we're guessing that kind of approach is probably a strong way to launch any relationship.
